Lumley Arms Tikka T1x Firing Pin Kit is a high strength replacement for the Tikka T1x factory firing pin and an alternative to the factory firing pin kit without the firing pin sleeve (Tikka reference S545204057).
Lumley Tikka T1x Firing Pin starts from O1 tool steel, heat treats, quenches the tips to 55 HRC, and then finishes the part with a durable titanium nitride PVD coating ('TiN' - gold color). These steps maximize the wear and corrosion resistance of this excellent high carbon steel.
Lumley Arms also includes their own version of the firing pin spring as well as the smaller firing pin return spring - both coiled from high quality music wire and then zinc plated.
This is a useful spare part to keep on hand in case your striker breaks whilst out on the range.
