Do you have a store front?


We do not have a store front.

All orders must be placed online; however, we'll be more than happy to answer any technical questions you might have by email or over the phone.

Is this product in-stock?

We stock all our products and ship according to the advertised timeframe for that item.

If a product is Out-of-stock, it is indicated on the product page and the system will not allow you to add it to the Shopping Cart.

If there is ever an error in our inventory system (rare) and the item is not available after purchasing, we will contact you ASAP and provide you with an explanation and options including full refund.

How do I Order?


We have provided our customers with a comprehensive and secure E-Commerce shopping facility:


Shopping Cart (E-Commerce)

Add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart. You can view or update your shopping cart at anytime during your stay. Once you are ready to check out, click on the Check Out button and complete your shopping.

If you don't have an account you can enter your information as a guest and pay by one of the major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discovery. You do not need an account to complete your purchase.

Upon the completion of the transaction, our store E-commerce will send you a receipt for your purchase.

All orders must be placed on-line. We use a comprehensive and secure E-Commerce shopping facility with real time inventory system.

If you have any technical or product specific questions, we'll be more than happy to answer them over the phone.

We do not have a storefront and our warehouse/machine shop closed to the public.

What are your payment methods?

How do I pay and send an Interac Email Money Transfer (EMT)?

  2. Start the Check Out process and select EMT as a Payment option (Available for Canadian Customers ONLY)
  3. Follow the provided instruction for sending EMT based on the invoice amount to the provided EMAIL Address and Password 

All you need is an email address, access to online banking at a participating financial institution.

Do I need an Account to checkout and Pay?

If you don't have an account with us, you can "Check Out as a Guest" during check out. You can then enter your information and pay with major credit cards as a guest. You do not need an account to pay by credit card as a guest.

By having an account you can checkout faster and track your order progress. It is safe and you do not have to store your Payment/Financial information.

Our shipping department sends a notification including the tracking number to your specified email account once the order is shipped.

What is your product warranty policy?

All goods are as received from the manufacturer. Full manufacturer warranty applies. Please read manufacturer's manual for warranty information upon arrival of your order. CORETAC SOLUTIONS INC. will help exchange defective product(s). Warranty does not cover shipping charges, misuse of the products or damages during installation.
