Due to Canada Post current shipping policy related to COVID-19, we've informed our customers:
To apply more diligence in tracking their own order shipments.
To note that goods may be dropped off without notice and that extra vigilance is needed so that shipments are not stolen after delivery.
To provide appropriate and active shipping addresses that are not impacted by current provisions.
To note that for out-of-stock products, longer than expected delays across the supply chain may impact our delivery schedule.
To be aware that Canada Post is
experiencing severe delays and backlogs
which may impact parcel delivery times.
