Schmidt & Bender Police Marksman II

4-16x50mm LP/MTC/LT 34mm Tube

Product Description

With its magnification of up to 16x and the extraordinary capacity of making every detail visible the 4-16x50 PM II/P model is a very versatile scope for the use from short distances to distances of up to 1,000 meters. The 50 mm lens permits excellent imaging features even under very poor light conditions. On top of that the 4-16x50 PM II /P includes a parallax compensation function starting at 50 meter and reaching to infinity. The reticle is located in the first focal plane permitting a distance evaluation in all magnifications.

In addition to parallax compensation the 4-16x50 PM II/LP model also features an illuminated graticule combining a number of rather practical functions. However, the parallax compensation and illumination adjusting turrets are clearly separated, providing the shooter with the security that is absolutely required for a successful use of the scope. The reticle is located in the first focal plane permitting a distance evaluation in all magnifications.

In this version the 4-16x50 PM II may be locked and is equipped with "MTC" (More Tactile Clicks) and "zero click" functions. "MTC" makes it easier for the shooter to count the necessary clicks when adjusting the reticle. This feature includes clearly tactile clicks at every tenth click (corresponding to 10cm/100m). Other intervals may be realized as well. The windage turret features an "MTC" function at the engraved "0", the so-called "zero click". A special feature on these models is the locking function on the two adjusting turrets.

Elevation and windage turrets are equipped with a locking function and a double turn including a second tactile level. This system will prevent the elevation and windage turrets from any inadvertent adjustment. The tactile double turn and the tactile clicks at every tenth click (MTC) are designed to reduce and prevent operating errors due to stress. On top of that, the scope features parallax compensation from 25 m to infinity. Reticle illumination ranges from night-vision goggles via dusk to broad daylight.

CORETAC SOLUTIONS only carries MRAD/MIL in Counter Clock Wise (CCW) adjustment, calibrated to .1 Mil/Mrad  values with MTC2 (More Tactile Clicks) function. "MTC" makes it easier for the shooter to count the necessary clicks during reticle adjustment. For the elevation adjustment the user has two complete turns available with the second level including tactile marks. The windage turret features an "MTC" function at the engraved "0", the so-called "zero click".

Parallax adjustment is located in its own separate turret, as are the illuminated reticle controls. The reticle brightness is fully adjustable with 11 graduated settings allowing precise selection relative to ambient light. As with all Schmidt & Bender illuminated reticles, it turns off between settings saving battery power and allowing you to easily return to a pre-selected illumination level. Available in P3L, P4L Fein, Police, or H58 reticles.
